Public Notification of Level 3 Predatory Offender Address Change

Leo Morin, age 62, has been convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct or another offense that requires registration with law enforcement. Morin will reside in the 1000 block of 9 Ave S, Moorhead. Morin has served the sentence imposed on him by the court and is transitioning into the community. The attached fact sheet has all the public information related to Morin.
