The City of Moorhead utilizes Cass Clay Alerts to provide time-sensitive messages by text, email, and/or phone with information about emergency situations, critical community alerts, severe weather, and more. You select where and how you are alerted. Cass and Clay Counties jointly provide this service to the entire Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area.
