Public Hearing Notice - Planning Commission 10/5/26

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, on October 5, 2026, at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:

1. Request of Partridge Creek, LLC, for Preliminary & Final Plat relating to Partridge Creek East Addition described as follows:

Part of Township 139 North, Range 48 West, Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota and a Replat of all lots & blocks in Partridge Creek Addition (abbreviated description – full description available by request).

2. Request of S. Ismael, FM Ride Motorsports, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an auto sales business in CC: Community Commercial at:

2600 12th Ave S – 58.532.0240 – Lot 1, Block 3, Morningside 2nd Addition, City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the Northwesterly 62.83 feet thereof, said 62.83 feet being measured along a line which is perpendicular to the line common to Lots 1 & 2, Block 3.

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
