Traffic Alert: Road Work Around 40 Ave S

Starting Wednesday, August 26 through Friday, August 28 40 Ave S from 8 St through 11 St S will be closed. Traffic should continue to use the 8 St to 30 Ave S to 20 St detour to get around the work zone. Those that normally access properties from 40 Ave will need to use 37 Ave S to get to properties on the north, and either 44 or 46 Ave S for the properties to the south.

On Monday, August 24 through Friday, August 28 16 St S will be closed to through traffic between 40 Ave S and Johnson Drive (access to the apartment building at 16 St will be open from Johnson Drive to the driveway).

Drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes and expect delays and congestion in the construction area.
