Traffic Alert: 12 Ave S Lane Closure Begins June 1

Starting Monday, June 1, the eastbound lane of 12 Ave S will be closed from 14 St S to 17 St S to allow for private gas utility work.

During this time, a detour route utilizing 14 St S, 14 Ave S & 17 St S will be implemented. Traffic will operate as normal in the westbound direction. This work is anticipated to take 2 weeks to complete, and the roadway will reopen to full traffic use by the end of the day June 14, weather permitting.

Drivers should expect delays, increased congestion, and are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible.
