Public Hearing Notice - Planning Commission 8/3/26

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:

1.    Request of Partridge Creek, LLC, for Vacation of 10-foot Utility Easements within Partridge Creek Addition described as follows: 

The Southwest 10.00 feet of Block 4, Partridge Creek Addition, excepting therefrom the Northwest and Southeast 10.00 feet thereof in the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota.

2.    Request of Agassiz Builders, LLC, for Zoning Map Amendment from CC: Community Commercial to LI: Light Industrial and Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Commercial to Industrial at:

1325 Main Ave SE – Parcel 58.799.0100 - Part of Lot 10, Block 1, Twelfth Avenue Business Park Addition and Part of Lot 1, Block 1, Twelfth Avenue Business Park Second Addition, Both to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota (abbreviated description – full description available by request) 

3.    Request of M. Mahmood, on behalf of Boston Auto Sales, LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an auto sales business in LI: Light Industrial at:

2520 20th Ave S – 58.228.0060 – Lot 6, Block 1, Erickson First Addition, City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota. 

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
