Public Hearing Notice | Enterprise Zone Pgm

Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, Moorhead, on Monday, October 13, 2026, at 5:45 p.m., to consider business participation in Moorhead’s Enterprise Zone Program, which includes consideration for state-funded credits or potential revisions to the target area map. Notification is hereby provided to applicants, the assessor, representatives of the affected taxing authorities, and all individuals who reside in, or own taxable property within the city of Moorhead, are invited to present their perspectives either in person or in writing at or prior to the hearing.

During the hearing, the City of Moorhead will offer an opportunity for interested parties to express their views regarding this program. Those unable to attend in person may submit oral or written comments by noon on the day of the meeting to: Economic Development, PO Box 779, Moorhead, MN 56561 or contact staff at economicdevelopment@moorheadmn.gov or 218.299.5441. 

City Council meetings will be live-streamed to the City’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/moorhead, and broadcast on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) through Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 1058.
