Public Hearing Notice - Economic Development

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Moorhead, Minnesota will meet at 5:45 pm on Monday, April 27, 2026, to consider the application of Phil Abeln on behalf of Townhomes at Prairie Parkway II, 4731 Lilac Drive, West Fargo, North Dakota, for tax incentives which the applicant will use in the construction and operation of multi-family residential real estate leasing located at 3865 and 3873 Prairie Drive S, Moorhead, Minnesota, and is legally described as follows: 

Lot 27 and 28, Block 2, Prairie Parkway 3rd Addition to the City of Moorhead, in Clay County, Minnesota.

City Council meetings will be live-streamed on the City's YouTube Channel and on Moorhead Community Access Media (MCAM) on Midco Channel 12 or Sparklight Channel 58.

The City of Moorhead welcomes and encourages public participation. To participate and/or make a public comment in person, you must fill out a request to speak form. You will be given three minutes to speak. If you wish to make a comment prior to the meeting, or make arrangements to speak virtually during the meeting, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at cityclerk@moorheadmn.gov or call 218.299.5304 no later than noon the day of the meeting. 

This notice is given by the above-named applicant/project operator pursuant to the provisions of 2025 Minn. Stat. 469.1734 Subd. 7.
