Ordinance 2026-03

The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2026-03: An Ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 10 of the Moorhead City Code rezoning 801 10th Ave S, 1022 8th St S and 1102 8th St S from INS: Institutional to MU-2: Neighborhood Mixed Use on August 10, 2026.

 

This rezoning is for a new mixed use development on the Concordia College Campus. The development is proposed to include student housing and commercial services.
