Ordinance 2026-02

The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2026-02: An Ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 10 of the Moorhead City Code rezoning 4151 28th St S and 4301 28th St S from TZ: Transitional to RLD-3: Residential Low Density-3 on August 10, 2026.

 

This rezoning is for a new single-family residential development south of 40th Ave S called Partridge Creek Second Addition.
