Ordinance 2025-11

The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2025-11: An Ordinance to amend and reenact Title 10, Chapter 18, Use Regulations related to Cannabis Uses of the Moorhead City Code on November 24, 2025.  

These zoning code updates are proposed to open more real estate to three types of cannabis businesses while also continuing to protect adjacent uses from possible nuisance odors.
