Construction to begin on Monday August 24 on 20 Ave S from 6 St to 8 St S

A City construction project (26-A2-04) on 20 Ave S from 6 St to 8 St S will begin on Monday August 24 at 7 am. Roadway work along with curb, sidewalk, and pedestrian ramp improvements will be included in this project. The contractor anticipates this phase of work to last 3-4 weeks, weather permitting.

Properties that are located on 20 Ave S between 6 St S & 8 St S will lose direct access to driveways during this construction phase. Those affected, please utilize adjacent street parking locations outside of the designated construction area. Please do not park directly adjacent or in front of the closures and construction signage.

Please have vehicles removed from your garages and driveways before the start of work at 7am on Monday August 24.

Garbage collection and mail delivery will continue as normally scheduled during this portion of the work.
