About the City Hall Renovation
This renovation, which started in the fall of 2024, is a major part of the broader downtown redevelopment effort, and it brings new spaces designed to make interacting with City services easier and more welcoming.
In 2027, the west side of City Hall will come to life with a new plaza and green space. This will be an outdoor hub built for concerts, family friendly programs, seasonal activities, and everyday gathering. It will be a vibrant, all ages space where the community can celebrate, meet, and enjoy Moorhead’s growing downtown.
