11 St Underpass Ribbon Cutting & Community Celebration

The City of Moorhead and MnDOT invite you to a milestone celebration marking the completion of the 11 St Underpass, Moorhead’s largest transportation project in City history. This project represents years of collaboration and investment to improve safety, connectivity, and travel through our community. Join us as we commemorate this achievement with a ribbon cutting and a festive community block party.

Wednesday, October 7 | 4 – 8:30 pm

4 pm – Ribbon Cutting & Program
Location: 11 St & Center Ave intersection

5 – 8:30 pm – Community Block Party
Location: Center Ave near the 9 St intersection (expanding from 8 – 10 St)

Bands, food trucks, and local businesses are ready to host a night of fun and celebration to mark the near completion of construction. The official opening date for the underpass will be announced separately.
