Salary and Union Contracts

In accordance with Minnesota law, we report salary data annually. The current base salaries for the three highest-paid City of Moorhead employees are:

  • City Manager – $225,006.69
  • Engineering Department Director – $206,732.86
  • City Prosecutor – $190,952.52
