Forestry Fee Schedule

City of Moorhead residents/homeowners may bring material that can be chipped to the disposal site at NO CHARGE. 

Dutch Elm Disease (DED) elm material from within city limits can be dumped at no charge as well. DED elm and ash material originating from outside the City will be charged full rates.

Ash material from within the City can be dumped for free from October 1 through May 15. Ash dumped May 16 through September 30 will be charged full price. Mixed loads (containing elm and/or ash) will be charged at full rates. 

Loads dumped with load tickets that include fraudulent location verification information will be subject to a $100.00 penalty and additional criminal charges may be filed.
