Planning Commission

Purpose

Oversees the implementation of an adopted comprehensive plan that guides the physical development of Moorhead. The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council regarding zoning and land use changes, conditional use permits, annexations, vacations, variances, subdivisions, capital improvement plans and tax increment financing plans.
