Water and Electricity
The City of Moorhead operates a water and electric utility known as Moorhead Public Service (MPS). The Public Service Commission is responsible for the control, management and operation of the utility. Commissioners are appointed by City Council. The Commission approves the utility budget and establishes water and electric rates for consumers.
