NOTICE TO COMPETITORS OF APPLICATION
FOR TAX INCENTIVE(S) AND PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Moorhead, Minnesota will meet at 5:45 pm on Monday, March 9, 2026, to consider the application of Midland Assisted Care LLC, 20003 Kings Road, Florence, Montana, leasing to Goldthorpe Corp., doing business as BeeHive Homes of Moorhead, for tax incentives which the applicant will use in the construction and operation of an assisted living facility with health-related services for memory care residents located at 1001 Caddy Ave, Moorhead, Minnesota, and is legally described as follows:
That part of Auditor's Outlots 32-F and 32-G in Section Thirty-two, Township One Hundred Forty North of Range Forty-eight West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Clay County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of Outlot 32-F aforesaid; thence North 89°57'40" East (assumed bearing) along the North line of said Outlet 32-F a distance of 391.4 feet to the Northeast comer of said Outlot 32-F; thence South 00°00'00" East along the East line of said Outlot for a distance of 19.85 feet; thence South 89°57'40" West for a distance of 122.20 feet; thence South 00°25'00" West for a distance of 200.58 feet; thence South 89°57'33" West for a distance of 267.74 feet to a point on the West line of Outlot 32-G; thence North 00°00'00" East along the West line of said Outlets 32-G and 32-F for a distance of 220.42 feet to the point of beginning; and
All of Outlots 32-F, 32-G, and 32-H, in Section Thirty-two, in Township One Hundred Forty North of Range Forty-eight West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, situate in the County of Clay and the State of Minnesota, LESS THE FOLLOWING: That part of Auditor's Outlots 32-F and 32-G in Section Thirty-two, Township One Hundred Forty North of Range Forty-eight West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Clay County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of Outlot 32-F aforesaid; thence North 89°57'40" East (assumed bearing) along the North line of said Outlot 32-F for a distance of 391.4 feet to the Northeast comer of said Outlot 32-F; thence South 00°00'00" East along the East line of said Outlot for a distance of 19.85 feet; thence South 89°57'40" West for a distance of 122.20 feet; thence South 00°25'00" West for a distance of 200.58 feet; thence South 89°57'33" West for a distance of 267.74 feet to a point on the West line of Outlot 32-G; thence North 00°00'0"; East along the West line of said Outlets 32-G and 32-F for a distance of 220.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.
