File a Commendation or Complaint

The Moorhead Police Department values community input. Use this form to recognize outstanding service or to submit a complaint about an employee, policy, or practice.

If you wish to file a complaint, we encourage you to speak with a police supervisor first, as many concerns can be resolved quickly. Supervisors are available at the Law Enforcement Center front counter or by calling 218.299.5103.
