The rules are simple and easy for beginners to learn. Visit pickleball.com for more information and rules of game play. Instructors are not at the location, and those attending will rotate play. Paddles are available upon request and space is limited. No registration required.

Stay steady, strong, and confident with this gentle movement class. This class will focus on exercises that enhance stability and mobility to support everyday activities. Many movements are done seated or with the support of a chair.

Join our certified aquatics exercise instructor in this class that will leave you   feeling refreshed and energized! These classes will use a mix of cardio and   strength exercises to increase your flexibility, range of motion and tone your   body, while maintaining low-impact on your joints. We will incorporate a   variety of movements, equipment, and up-beat music to enhance your workout. All ability levels are welcome!
