Reserve a Shelter
To request a shelter reservation, complete the Shelter Reservation Application
Guidelines
- Shelter reservations must be made at least three business days in advance.
- Rental cost is due at the time of reservation.
- All rentals are available between 10:30 am and 9:30 pm.
- Reservations will be accepted beginning on the first business day of the year.
- Reservations of 100 people or more are not allowed at the small shelters and will require a refundable security deposit.
- Sound amplification permits are available at no cost with approval through the City of Moorhead.
- Alcohol Consumption permits require approval through the City of Moorhead, a permit fee, certificate of insurance, and a refundable security deposit.

- Shelter Applications are worked in the order they are received.
