25-A2-03 – River Dr S, Elm St S, 3 St S, and 18 Ave S Underground Utility and Street Improvements

The proposed project area includes the streets of River Dr S, Elm St S, 3 St S, and 18 Ave S. These streets are included in the City’s 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan and are scheduled for construction of improvements in 2025.

River Dr S: Rehabilitation and watermain replacement between 12 and 16 Ave S

Elm St S: Rehabilitation from 12 to 14 Ave S

3 St S: Rehabilitation from 18 Ave S to dead end

18 Ave S: Rehabilitation from 3 to 4 St S
